Losing weight was never easy and no one ever said it was.
To lose weight there has to be a lot of discipline and you have to forgo all your bad habits.
Say goodbye to all your oily food like fast food and so on.
Its time for you to taste some real food.
But again the setback that is always pulling you back are really tough to overcome in understand but that does not mean you should give up.

Firstly the mind has to be there, and not just saying that you want to lose 3 kilos today

Well that is easy, If you are doing the same exercise everyday, the body will get used to the co-ordination of the exercise and will gain stamina out of it.

Therefore , you will require less energy to do the exercise resulting in lesser fats being burn.
